And where best to learn this passionate art than in the Capital of Salsa - Colombia's Cali.

How to get to Cali

It will take some time to travel there - there are various ways to go with a two-stopover flight, but the cheapest option is to fly to Sao Paulo in Brazil, then to Panama City, then to Cali's Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport.

Or you can instead fly to Bogota - Colombia's capital - and take a trip by bus to Cali and see the country.

South Africans do need a tourist visa to visit Colombia.
