SANParks launches Quick Payment portal on website

Cape Town - SANParks announced on Monday that a new Quick Payment Portal has been launched on their website.

The added feature makes it possible to make outstanding payments on specific reservations without having to register on SANParks' online bookings section.

Visitors who made bookings via traditional channels like email and through their call centre can use this portal to finalise their booking with their credit card, and only need their reservation number and client code. This is obtainable when SANParks sends a confirmation letter after booking.

This feature does not save credit card information, thus reassuring visitors of their financial safety and making SANParks compliant to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). 

"We do still wish to encourage our clients to conduct their booking experience via the main online bookings portal where they can build their itineraries and pay in less than 10 minutes - at their own convenience” says Nedret Saidova, Senior Manager of E-Business at SANParks according to a statement.
