Cape Town - Kirstenbosch is the botanical jewel in SA's tourism crown. This diverse expanse of fauna and flora is considered the International Garden of the Year in 2015. And it summer, the unique and spectacular location sets the stage for some of the best musical concerts of the year.

Similar to the likes of the UK's Hyde Park in summer, visitors and locals alike flock to these lawns to enjoy some of the best SA entertainment on offer.
And tickets for the upcoming Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts for the 2016/2017 season have just opened! This year's line-up includes the likes of Mango Groove, Bobby and Karlien van Jaarsveld, LIRA, Matthew Mole, Karen Zoid and Francois van Coke - to name but a few.
The shows will start on Sunday, 20 November 2016, with the last summer season show on 2 April 2017.

Time: Either 17:00, 17:15 or 17:30 on Sunday afternoons, depending on the show
Price: From R90 to R190, depending on the show
Special performances: The New Year's celebration featuring Johnny Clegg / Slow Jack will start at 20:30 on 31 December, and costs R375.
NOTE: Concerts will proceed irrespective of the weather. No refunds are issued for unused tickets.
