Just because it's cold doesn't mean you have to stay inside - Joburg is full of fun activities this winter. (Photo: iStock)
The birds are quiet, the trees are naked and you have to start layering up with a thick jacket - winter isn't coming anymore, it's already here.
But it doesn't mean you have to go into hibernation mode and just live off uberEats and Netflix. Joburg is still pumping despite the cold and has a variety of activities to keep the chill away and make sure you don't succumb to the winter blues.
You can drink yourself warm, gain some winter weight with delectable food markets, find a bargain among the craft stalls, jam to sweet sounds or have an awesome fun day out with the family.
