Cape Town - All domestic and regional British Airways flights operated by Comair will close 45 minutes prior to departure as opposed to the previous closing time of 30 minutes, effective March 1.

Comair Head of Marketing, Shaun Pozyn confirmed the closing check-in time has been standardised for British Airways across its  network and partnerships - including Comair's British Airways operated flights.

"The new check-in closure time will apply to all customers travelling on any British Airways (operated by Comair) flights, regardless of whether they booked their flight via ba.com, the kulula.com website, through the Contact Centre or via a travel agent," Pozyn said.

Passengers are being advised to check their flight status prior to travelling in order to make sure they are not affected by the new closing time which is 15 minutes earlier.
