There's an amazing and inspirational cafe in Tanzania where tourists and customers can learn sign language. Every member of staff is deaf, and visitors learn sign language from a chalkboard.

With 10% of Tanzanians having a disability and often denied jobs, the café gives those people upliftment and hope. The café hopes to reduce the stigma associated with disabled workers.
