More about Suzi:
Suzi has a background in food and a foreground in provenance.
She studied in Cape Town, thereafter quickly headed for a working life at exclusive game lodges in wildlife areas of Southern Africa. Caring to share food knowledge further, she became involved in setting up new lodges and training local staff, which later materialised in a cookery school in Johannesburg.
Coastal seafood then called loudly in the form of the Cape West Coast. After selling her restaurant Gaaitjie in Paternoster, she took to the road as a traveling chef.
According to Suzie, sourcing, foraging, ingredient networking and food harvesting have become a new way of life!
