The West Coast is calling you to its rocky shores, seafood delicacies and adventurous lifestyle - if only for the weekend.

We've selected a few itineraries that will help you plan for the upcoming long-weekend - with 9 August (Women's Day) falling on a Friday - you can either follow it to the T or mash them up to create something new.

And the best way to explore the West Coast is to share your adventure with those closest to your heart.
