El Sobrino de Botín in Madrid, Spain has been in operation since 1725 and holds the Guinness World Record for the oldest restaurant in the world.

It serves traditional Castilian cuisine, like el cochinillo (suckling pig) - roasted whole in a wood-fired oven - and roast baby lamb.

Luckily getting a booking isn't too difficult on their website, and the signature pig dish costs 25.40 Euro (about R413 at R16.26/Euro).
