The perfect holiday is different for everyone - for some it's island hopping, for others it's shopping at some of the biggest malls in the world.

If there is one thing most travellers have in common, it's that Europe is on everyone's bucket list - whether you want to experience the ultimate nightlife in Prague with over 700 clubs or living your best foodie life in Rome. There is plenty to explore on the diverse continent.

Paris is the place to be!

Alpha Travel Insurance took some time to analyse which European city has the most attractions for visitors - and the home of the Eiffel Tower came out on top!

Paris is revealed as the city with the most attractions, with a huge 5 800 of them on offer. The city is popular for its architectural landscapes and yummy pastries and, of course, the most common attraction is the iconic tower.

The Louvre Museum offers art lovers the best experience of their lives - the palace has over 30 000 artworks, including the famous Mona Lisa. If you truly want to soak up the ambience of the city, take the Seine River Cruises to enjoy all the popular attractions from a different perspective.

When in Paris do as the Parisians do - visit a cute cafe and nibble on a croissant while watching locals go about their day.
