Many of us may like rolling out of the plane after a good holiday, but travelling to other countries doesn't mean you have to let go of eating healthy.
Travel agency Hayes & Jarvis looked at how healthy 34 countries' national cuisines are based on how close they get to the global Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). The cuisines were divided into breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Overall, India came out on top with its dal idli, masala dosa and Hyderabadi chicken biryani, followed by China, Sri Lanka, Australia, Oman and the US in the top six.
