We are all waddling through Januworry like a lost penguin - but maybe these from the Two Oceans Aquarium will motivate you to push through.
The adorable video of these tuxedoed critters going for a walk down a flight of stairs was originally posted by Claudie Layton, later shared by the aquarium.
Their determination to get down those stairs should be the energy you take with you into 2020.

Become a Volunteer
If these penguins make you want to get into marine conservation and you're about to head back to school, the Two Oceans Aquarium is looking for Grade 10s, 11s and 12s to apply to become an FET Young Biologist Volunteer - for free.
If you're successful, you'll spend four days learning theory to help with volunteering work, levelling up your skills as a presenter at the Touch Pool & Microscope.
