Two Oceans Aquarium now free for locals on their birthday

The Two Oceans Aquarium is celebrating 23 years and in true celebratory fashion, South Africans now qualify for free entry, and for up to six days thereafter, for an entire day. 

"We want to share our ocean treasures with you by inviting you to visit the Aquarium for free on your birthday," the Aquarium says in a post on its website.

South Africans from ages four and older may redeem this offer. Admission for under 4s is free.

Simply stop by, show a valid ID that reflects your date of birth, and your day of underwater exploration and wonder at the Aquarium is on us."

South Africans also qualify for a free ride up the Cable Way to the top of Table Mountain and back on their birthdays.   

Locals are also being given an opportunity to enjoy other award-winning attractions around the Mother City, with Boulders and Cape Point access fees also reduced since 1 November.
