Cape Town - It's true that nature is all about survival of the fittest, but in some cases, the strength of the wolf is in the pack...
A recent, incredible sighting show a herd of buffalo sticking to the motto, "all for one and one for all".
Wildlife spotter Riesdah Gabier, a 39-year-old sales consultant by day, captured this remarkable footage on 9 April this year in the Timbavati Reserve on the western edge of Kruger National Park. Previously, the exact same sighting had been captured by another visitor to the park, and shared to the 'Calao camp' Facebook page.
Gabier's perspective is an astonishing one, as this was his very first safari experience. He described it as something 'beyond imagination'.
"We were in total shock. This was the first time I have ever seen lions or any of the Big 5 in real life, my first ever safari," he tells Latest Sightings.
