Cape Town - One of South Africa's most iconic attractions celebrates its 90th birthday this year, and as a tribute, has asked South Africans to share their best memories of the Kruger National Park. 

If you haven't been to the Kruger yet, you need to make 2016 the year to go and make those memories.

The park has been a hit with South African and international travellers for the complete nine decades it's been in existence. Although it has seen some hard times, like the past season's drought and the current rhino poaching epidemic, the Kruger National Park will forever be one of our favourite places in South Africa. 

Everyone who has been there - from the religious, annual visitors to the once-off safari-lovers - have incredible memories of seeing one of South Africa's richest resources in all its splendor.
