Monday Night Meditation
Appropriate for novice through to advanced meditators. If you’re a complete beginner, this is an ideal place to start. If you’re experienced, you’re more than welcome to join giving the gift of your practised meditative energy. The silent meditation will focus on practising sitting in a meditation position for 30 minutes. There will also be focus on cultivating complete stillness of the body as well as one-pointed concentration.

Easter Sunday Festivities
