Cape Town - United Arab Emirates flag carrier Emirates Airlines has officially opened reservations on their newly launched third daily flight between Cape Town and Dubai.
The flight is set for take-off on Monday, 4 July this year.
Flight EK778 will depart Dubai at 10:50 and arrive in Cape Town at 18:30, while the return flight EK779 will depart Cape Town at 20:05, arriving in Dubai at 07:30 the next morning.
The new flight will be operated on a 3-class 777-300ER aircraft.
Connectivity to Cape Town as a prime tourist destination has been on the up and up over the past few months as many international and African airlines have launched new direct flights to the Mother City. Direct flights between Cape Town and London, Nairobi and Botswana's Okavango Delta are all on the cards.
