Cape Town - December is finally here and Twitter is celebrating.

It's been a rough 2017 - summer is here and people are ready to shake out their hair and swap out their office and school shoes for some plakkies.

As the northern hemisphere head into hibernation mode, us South Africans are heading straight into warm days, beach holidays and festive food to make us all forget our unfulfilled 2017 resolutions.
