Ke’Dezemba vibes with a stellar line up of events from a Christmas classic under
the stars to a Christmas night market.
There is no shortage of festive cheer in
Jozi as you head to the Friday night market
or get your Christmas shopping done at the Walkhaven Market day. The opening of
the Beach – a waterfall park at the Mall of Africa will get you in the mood to
splash about in the summer heat.

A Christmas classic, the Grinch who stole Christmas
at the SPCA Movies
under the moonlight and Christmas market. It will take place at the Morning
Hill Country club from 16:00- 22:00. Tickets cost R 70 per adult, R 30 per
canine and R 50 for kids under 12. Purchase tickets here.
DO: Head to the
festive Friday night market from 12:00 – 22:00. There will be delicious food and local crafts
on sale. Entrance is free.
The flavours of Christmas have made their way to
town at the Gourmet
Festive Market – open from 10:00. It is taking place at Killarney mall and
entrance is free.
Jam it to the semi-finalist of the AFROPUNK battle of the
bands at Carfax
Newton. There are 16 bands performing feet-tapping and hip moving music
from 19:00 – 02:00.
