Cape Town - South Africa is home to many talented individuals from far and wide that express their talents in an array of methods. On 18 August a stunning piece of art was created on the shores on Fish Hoek beach in commemoration of the rhinos in South Africa.

A sand art masterpiece 

Fish Hoek Beach shared footage of the wonderful sand art creation that was done by Michael Myekwa, a talented artist who has shared his work across the beaches of South Africa. The creation of this work may be to spur awareness around the rhino poaching issues that South Africa, and the world, is facing.

The sand art has left viewers speechless and in awe of the finer detail and uncanny resemblance. The ability to mold beach sand in such an intricate manner has received applause and love from the local Fish Hoek community as well as Cape Town. Individuals are calling for Myekwa's talents to be shared at the Pringle Bay Festival as his talent is like no other.

This clip is giving us serious #LoveSA pride as local talent shines through. Our local beaches have made the list of the most colourful in the world and there is no reason why our artistic talent should not be considered just that too.
