With Traveller24's Twitter chat on Friday 23 June, under the #KnysnaRises logo - launched by Knysna Tourism - saw not only the town, but the whole Garden Route region, rising like a phoenix from the “flames”.

South Africans not only showed their love and happy times along the Garden Route but also some of the top spots people can still visit and stay in whilst Knysna is under construction.
The tweets also encouraged fellow travellers and enthusiasts to continue visiting this scenic stretch of the south-eastern coast of South Africa.
