Cape Town - Kalk Bay is one of the most-loved day visit spots for Capetonians.
The laid-back vibe and easy accessibility to this fishermen's village means the perfect breakaway from the city.
What makes Kalk Bay an even more amazing day trip, is the fact that you don't need a car to get there. Metrorail trains head out of Cape Town and stops right at the local hot spot Brass Bell.
